Project Description
Beaver Constructors Inc. was awarded the Design/Build contract for Ambaflex’s new $12 million, 53,000 sf manufacturing facility and 10,000 sf office expansion and renovation which was completed in 2022. The master plan made room for future growth and strategic planning. Beaver prioritized material requirements during the early schematic phase design, helping to circumvent long lead times. The new hybrid engineered metal building included crane systems and other advanced manufacturing assets crucial to their production process. The office remodel included an addition and refresh to their existing office. Renovations were done with company growth in mind.
