Project Description

Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk completing this new 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art, 2-story caseless cooler for Superior Dairy in 2016. Beaver Constructors constructed the $1 million building using specialized stainless-steel panels that were United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved. Each story of the building is maintained at different temperatures. The ground floor features an operating temperature of 34 degrees for the milk fillers, while the mezzanine is regulated at a 70-degree environment for the blow mold manufacturing of the milk bottles. Beaver specializes in understanding USDA regulations, applying USDA approved construction methods and products, and delivering high quality work that exceeds expectations.
