Over the course of years 2016-2017, Beaver Constructors, Inc. proudly partnered with the owner, developer, and construction manager of this project to perform multiple work scopes of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this 23,000-person capacity stadium renovation. Demolition, sitework, underground utilities, drilled shafts, foundations, soil nail retention wall, site concrete, interior concrete, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry work was all managed or self-performed by Beaver Constructors, Inc. Beaver’s work performed totaled over $10 million dollars of the projects’ overall expenditures of the nearly $150 million dollars of work put in-place over a 20-month period. Beaver Constructors, Inc. worked multiple shifts and supplied hundreds of men and women to help complete this project on schedule for the Hall of Fames’ enshrinement festivities.
