Project Description
Beaver Constructors, Inc. was selected as the contractor to perform the cast-in-place concrete for the new PK-12 school. The scope included building foundations, first floor slabs on grade, second floor slabs on metal decking and precast topping slabs along with all exterior site concrete including curbs, sidewalks, and concrete pavements. A unique project feature included the construction of a 60’ high by 26’ wide by 2’ thick cast-in-place concrete marquee wall for the main building identification signage. The project consisted of 8,000 lf of building foundations, 216,000 sf of interior flatwork and 75,000 sf of exterior flatwork.
