Project Description
Beaver Constructors, Inc. was chosen as the Design Build Contractor for the new $50 million Hendrickson Trailer Commercial Vehicle Systems plant located in Navarre, Ohio. Working side by side with Hendrickson and our Design Team, we developed the project scope, schedule and budget for this 200,000 square foot building, and 16,000 square feet office structure which was completed in 2020. The overall project encompassed over 32 acres and includes over 200,000 square feet of exterior concrete pavement. Beaver’s unique ability to self-perform many aspects of the project helped assure quality, schedule and budget were maintained. The self-performed services on this project included mass excavation, underground utilities, concrete foundations & walls, concrete flatwork both building & site, misc. steel erection, all rough & finish carpentry and the overall general trades.
