Project Description

Beaver Constructors Inc. is the Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of this new $6 million Stow-Munroe Falls School District field house. The 25,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building will house batting cages, a pickleball and volleyball court, and a walking track. Additionally, the second floor will have meeting rooms, coaches’ offices, a weight room, a PT room, and a state-of-the-art golf simulator. In preparation for further build-out, the scope included a 5,000 SF shell space – this foresight will allow the school to continue growing their athletics program for years to come.
